Items showing signs of damage, alteration, or wear that were not present at the time of purchase will not qualify for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable or Final Sale Items

Exclusive items and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.

4. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and handling costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items to ensure safe and documented returns.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.
